Following the completed tender procedure, the execution of the project was entrusted to a consortium of companies:

Consortium partner: Zakład Usług Ogólnobudowlanych Roman Krawiecki, Siekierczyn 315b, 59-818 Siekierczyn, represented by Roman Krawiecki – hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”.
What will be built and where?
Pursuant to the resolution of the Nowogrodziec Municipal Council of 17 June 2025, the investment includes the construction of a two-storey apartment building on Jodłowa Street (plot no. 313/1) in Nowogrodziec, which will include 12 two-room and three-room apartments.
Officials: – The total remuneration for the performance of the contract is PLN 4,525,000.00 gross.
When will it be built?
The completion deadline for the investment was set at 13 months from the date the agreement is signed by both parties.
