The incident occurred on 21 January. Firefighters:
(...) at approximately 11:46 p.m., the duty officer at the dispatch centre of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Złotoryja received a report of a collision on national road A4, at kilometre 82 toward the border.
At the scene, it turned out that a truck had hit a passenger car and a car transporter standing in the right lane. The officers said: “Fortunately, at the moment of impact, no one was inside the stationary vehicles (the people were behind the safety barrier). No one was injured.”
The firefighters secured and illuminated the scene and removed damaged vehicle components that posed a hazard.
For the duration of the operations, one lane toward the border was closed.
