On January 15, 2026, a meeting was held between the Mayor of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality and the President of Cement Raciborowice Company. The talks concerned the situation regarding the football pitch and the possibility of transferring it to a private entity.

1. The President of Cement Raciborowice Company once again informed those present that Cement Raciborowice Company was interested in commercially leasing the stadium for the club’s needs.
2. The Mayor of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality explained to the President of Cement Raciborowice Company that, for legal reasons, the municipality could not lease the football pitch for the exclusive use of a company conducting business activity.
3. The Mayor of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality stressed that the stadium is a public-use facility and that its primary purpose is to serve the local community, not a private entity conducting business activity using a municipal facility.
4. Seeking a compromise, the Mayor of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality proposed that the association continue to operate and carry out its tasks related to promoting physical culture by supporting activities in the field of sports training, leisure management and promoting a healthy lifestyle among children and young people, in accordance with §7 of the statute of the Raciborowice Municipal Sports Club.
5. The President of Cement Raciborowice Company did not accept this proposal. During the meeting, the President showed no willingness to cooperate and directed offensive remarks at the legal counsel, after which he left the meeting.

Dear Sir or Madam!
I would like to inform you that the municipality is open to cooperation in supporting grassroots sports and carrying out tasks in accordance with applicable regulations, in a manner that benefits all residents, rather than just one entity pursuing its own vision. At the same time, the municipality continues to uphold its proposal to allow the association to continue operating and carrying out its tasks in accordance with the statute of the Municipal Sports Club.
