The information we published in May under the title “The municipal guard officer does not want to let Bogusław N. off” was, in our opinion, positive for Bogusław Nowak. We wrote about the angry guard officer who did not want to let the matter go, about the Jelenia Góra portal that published an article unfavorable to Bogusław Nowak, and also about the fact that, according to the prosecutor’s office, Bogusław Nowak’s actions did not bear the hallmarks of a prohibited act.
We also wrote about the allegations. The author intended these to mean the allegations made by the guard officer, not by the prosecutor’s office. However, these passages of the article sounded incorrect, and it appeared that the prosecutor’s office was making the allegations. That was not the case; the prosecutor’s office made no allegations.
We believe that despite this imprecise information, the report presented Bogusław Nowak in a favorable light.
