On Sunday, June 5, a Family Festival was held in Nowa Wieś Kraśnicka (Bolesławiec Rural Gmina). The event was opened by village head Ryszard Bryłkowski, councillor Henryk Borucki and the head of the local Rural Housewives’ Circle, Monika Bryłkowska.
There was no shortage of competitions and musical attractions. The following performed on stage: students of Bronisław Górecki, students under the care of Agnieszka Michalczuk, a vocal ensemble from Brzeźnik (under the care of Krystyna Grela), Agnieszka Miszkiewicz and those under the care of Cezary Brylski. Folk music enthusiasts also had no reason to complain. That day, the Singing Ensemble from Żeliszów performed under the direction of Franciszek Uściński.
The festival ended with a dance party. The event was organised by the Village Council and the Rural Housewives’ Circle in Nowa Wieś Kraśnicka, together with the Municipal Culture and Sports Centre in Bolesławiec, with its registered office in Kruszyn.
