This concerns the section from Kruszyn to Łąka. According to the mayor, there is a problem with funding from the voivodeship for the construction of the Bolesławiec bypass:
According to information reaching us, it may be that this budget will not be adopted.
According to Piotr Roman, the second stage of the Bolesławiec bypass will either be included in the voivodeship budget or it will not, which means that its construction is at risk.
Piotr Roman also mentioned an interview given to the media by Marcin Borys, a Civic Coalition Regional Councillor, in which he was reportedly said to have stated that too much money goes to Bolesławiec and that money is flowing to Bolesławiec in a broad stream.
Piotr Roman:
I will be honest: I do not see this money. But I am concerned about the fate of the Bolesławiec bypass, because it is another vital road. It is a road that will allow, among other things, traffic to be cleared from the passages beneath the railway tunnels. Cars travelling to and from the industrial zone will be able to bypass Bolesławiec, which they cannot do now.
