According to Mayor Piotr Roman, if the two municipalities merged, residents of the area around Bolesławiec would gain the privileges enjoyed by Bolesławiec residents. They would have free bus transport and other benefits, such as a resident card.
For now, however, the municipalities are not merged, so the only condition for free buses from Bolesławiec to the rural municipality is that municipality’s participation in the costs.
