In March this year, pupils of the Primary School in Osła, inspired by their teacher Ewa Kornaszewska, created a unique album presenting the history of E. Wedel, a well-known producer of chocolate treats. Some of the Wedel chocolate wrappers included in the album are 45 years old.
The album was sent to the historic Wedel family room in Warsaw. In April, representatives of E. Wedel visited the school in Osła and brought with them a letter of thanks from the company’s managing director, Paweł Szcześniak, as well as... more than 140 kilograms of sweets. The album’s authors also received an invitation to the confectionery producer’s Warsaw factory.
Very soon – thanks to the support of Dariusz Pawliszczy, head of Gromadka Commune – the children from Osła will set off on an unforgettable journey.
