The vote on the resolutions was preceded by the presentation of the Regional Chamber of Audit’s opinions on the drafts of both resolutions. The RIO’s opinions were positive in both cases. In the case of the budget resolution, a positive opinion was also issued by the Economic Development and Finance Committee.
Both the financial forecast and the budget were adopted by the councillors.
Regarding the Multi-Year Financial Forecast of the Municipality of Bolesławiec

Regarding the City Budget for 2026:
- 14 votes in favour,
- 7 abstentions (councillors: Piotr Klasa, Violetta Kurcio, Urszula Magryś, Magdalena Mucha, Grzegorz Przybylski, Katarzyna Rola and Sylwester Łasocha),
- 0 votes against.
The draft budget for 2026 includes revenue of PLN 376,013,007.89, and expenditure of PLN 363,191,520.47.
