The first completed project was a comprehensive renovation of the historic tower of the Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary (by the market square). Nearly PLN 1.9 million in funding was allocated for this purpose. In addition to improving fire safety, extensive conservation work was carried out: the sundial was restored, the sculptures of St. John of Nepomuk were conserved, and the southern portal and the market-square-side epitaph were renovated.
The second project concerned the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary. Renovation and conservation work there cost PLN 490,000. Historic epitaphs were restored, while the church tower received new plasterwork and a cohesive color scheme that beautifully emphasizes the Gothic character of the church on Ceramiczna Street.
