On Monday, December 8, 2025 at the Legnica Special Economic Zone, in the Osła area, a symbolic cornerstone-laying ceremony took place for the construction of a service base for the Lithuanian carrier Finejas. As reported by Gromadka Municipality:
A service base covering transit truck traffic, a hotel for drivers and parking lots will be built on a plot of nearly 12 hectares located in the eastern part of the industrial area by the A4 motorway.
When will the hub open?
The planned completion date for the investment is the fourth quarter of 2026.
LSSE on the Lithuanians' investment:
The investment includes modern office infrastructure, a driver service and training center, service facilities and a comprehensive logistics area. This is a project that strengthens Lower Silesia's position as a key transport hub in Europe and constitutes an important stage in the development of the Finejas Group.
And adds:
We look with appreciation at the company's professionalism, consistency and strategic vision. The planned expansion of operations, fleet development and creation of modern jobs are an example of a responsible approach to doing business.
And emphasizes:
Thank you for your trust and partnership. LSSE remains ready to continue supporting the project and future investment initiatives.
