On 10 December 2025, an agreement was signed at the headquarters of the Municipal Office in Nowogrodziec between Nowogrodziec municipality and the company Tomasz Grębowiec Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowo-Usługowe “TOM-BUD” from Olbrachtów concerning the construction of a new village community center in Gierałtów, together with site development.
What will be done?
The project includes the construction of a modern village community center on plots numbered 583, 582 and 588 in the Gierałtów cadastral district. The single-story building will have a rectangular form measuring 36.20 × 20.40 m, with a multi-pitched wooden roof covered with ceramic tiles.
The building will be equipped with:
- PVC window joinery and external and internal doors (the external doors and some of the internal doors will be aluminum, with the remainder made of wood),
- silicone exterior plaster and decorative interior plaster,
- floors made of gres tiles and panels, as well as a wooden stage,
- water supply, sewage, electrical, central heating with electric heaters, mechanical and natural ventilation, low-voltage, photovoltaic and lightning protection systems,
- usable floor area: 509.84 m².
As the Nowogrodziec Municipal Office emphasizes: – Detailed design solutions and technical specifications will provide the basis for carrying out the works in accordance with the highest construction standards.
Implementation schedule
The construction site is scheduled to be handed over within 7 working days of signing the agreement. Work will begin immediately after the site is handed over. The works are scheduled to be completed on 4 December 2026.
Investment value
- net: PLN 2,682,801.62,
- gross: PLN 3,299,845.99 (including 23% VAT).
Municipality: – The implementation of the investment in Gierałtów will contribute to improving social infrastructure and increasing the availability of meeting places for residents of Nowogrodziec municipality. The modern community center will host cultural events, foster local community integration, and support educational and recreational activities.
