The trade union is threatening to initiate a collective dispute with Dino Polska. It announced this on its social media. According to OPZZ Konfederacja Pracy union members, the company ignored attempts to make contact and did not provide the required documents concerning work and remuneration.
As the union members report:
(...) We will treat failure to take our demands into account by December 30, 2025, as the initiation of a collective dispute (...).
The organization is demanding, among other things, improved working conditions and the introduction of a mandatory Company Social Benefits Fund. It points to low wages, poor conditions in the stores, excessive workloads and a lack of dialogue on the part of the management board. If a collective dispute begins, the union members reserve the right to conduct a warning strike and a general strike.
OPZZ Konfederacja Pracy is demanding:
- A pay increase of PLN 900 for every employee employed by Dino Polska, effective February 1, 2026,
- The introduction of a Company Social Benefits Fund, effective January 1, 2026,
- An increase of 30% in the number of employees in non-managerial positions.
