In November this year, we reported that a reader wishing to remain anonymous informed us that the former Tesco site in Bolesławiec had been purchased by a well-known company. We contacted its representative at the time, and they confirmed that the site would “retain its retail and service character.”
As it turns out, the investor in question has already submitted an application to the District Office for the “reconstruction of a retail and service pavilion” at Tysiąclecia Avenue. The application is currently under consideration.
It is not yet known when the work will begin. We will certainly return to the subject.
