Reader: Power outages are becoming more frequent! Residents have had enough!

A Reader wrote to us:

Could you address the issue of increasingly frequent power outages in Bolesławiec and the surrounding area? The helpline operators fob people off, blaming the weather, even though the outages also occur on clear days. They last a few or a dozen minutes or so. Often several times at short intervals.

And added:

The voltage in the network is too high, people’s equipment is breaking down, and nobody is doing anything.

And added: – This has been happening frequently for several months now, including at our neighbors’ homes.

According to the person who reported it, the issue mainly affects Bolesławiec and nearby villages.

We asked Tauron about the matter and will publish its response as soon as we receive it.
