The editorial office received the following information, along with photographs:

At the Kruszyn–Łaziska road intersection, faulty barriers were installed on both sides of the cycle path from Bolesławiec, at an excessively short distance of approximately 1.5 metres from one another. This makes it exceptionally difficult to pass by bicycle or scooter.

As a result, most cyclists choose to bypass the barriers incorrectly—on their outer sides—as an alternative. In Warta Bolesławiecka, near the municipality, the same barriers are approximately 3 metres apart.

This concerns barriers at the intersection of the cycle path and Leszczynowa Street in Kruszyn. The barriers were probably installed there for safety reasons. However, the question arises as to whether they were positioned in accordance with the applicable regulations and whether the distances between them are not too small.

Since this location is within the Bolesławiec Municipality, we sent an inquiry on the matter to the municipal office. We have not received a response yet. We will publish the response as soon as we receive it.
