Today, the 18th session of the Bolesławiec County Council was held. During the session, councillors reviewed a range of information and adopted several important resolutions for the coming year.
Bolesławiec County Head Tomasz Gabrysiak presented a report on the key activities of the County Board and his own initiatives undertaken in recent weeks.
An important item was the presentation by the State County Sanitary Inspector, who discussed the state of sanitary safety in 2024, including the epidemiological situation, the results of sanitary inspections and preventive activities conducted in the county.
The County Building Supervision Inspector also presented a report, assessing the condition of buildings and compliance with construction law by investors and users in 2024.
During the resolution-making part of the session, the councillors considered and adopted the following documents:
- The Annual Cooperation Programme of Bolesławiec County with entities conducting public-benefit activities for 2026, setting out the principles of cooperation between the local government and social organisations.
- A resolution on the amount of fees for 2026 for removing and storing vehicles removed from the road, as well as fees applicable when removal of a vehicle is discontinued.
- Changes to the Bolesławiec County budget for 2025, including an update to the revenue and expenditure plan.
- An amendment to the county’s multi-year financial forecast, adapting it to the current financial situation and investment plans.
Today’s session focused both on current issues related to sanitary safety and construction supervision, and on planning activities for the next budget year.
