Imagine driving a car. The engine runs smoothly, the navigation system shows the way, and the driver knows exactly where they are going. When one of the elements fails because of stress, bad habits or an excess of responsibilities, the journey becomes exhausting and overwhelming. In therapeutic practice, the goal is clear: to bring the body and mind into harmony so that every day is safe, effective and full of joy.
Psychologist and psychodietitian Irmina Sikora helps adults and adolescents find emotional balance and well-being by combining psychological and psychodietetic support with the development of healthy habits. The result is not only an improved sense of well-being, but also clearer relationships and lasting, practical tools for dealing with everyday challenges.
Irmina Sikora’s professional path began with a personal need for change. At a certain point in her life, she felt that she wanted to understand herself and others more deeply. This desire led her to undertake psychological studies, first in Wrocław and later in Poznań.
Irmina Sikora is a graduate of the University of Lower Silesia DSW in Wrocław, with a degree in psychodietetics, and the University of Security in Poznań, with a degree in clinical psychology.
The knowledge and experience she has gained through working with various age groups enable her to provide holistic support to people who want to improve their functioning, relationships or emotional well-being.
