During the winter months, the fountain is switched off. To prevent accidental damage, a special cover was placed over it. It was additionally secured with metal barriers.
Let us recall that in the past, the fountain was damaged by a car driver, who, while transporting a nativity scene, drove onto it and damaged the slabs.
The fountain will remain secured in this way until spring. Last winter, there were no barriers, only the cover over the slabs, which children and teenagers used as a slide on frosty days. This year, barriers have been installed, but the question arises as to whether they will stop those eager to slide.
