On Wednesday morning, a team from the Rutkowski office arrived in the Bolesławiec area. They were also in Lubań. Several cars drove around the area of the viaduct and the petrol station on Zgorzelecka Street. They carried out a similar operation in Lubań.
As we established, the activities of the Rutkowski office concern the theft and dismantling of high-voltage lines across several counties of Lower Silesia. Apparently, someone is stealing wires containing highly valuable metals, causing infrastructure damage. The practice has reportedly been continuing for as long as several months.
