Bolesławiec criminal investigators established the identity of a woman who committed a theft at one of the commercial premises in the city. As our police department reports: – The suspect was detained; she is a 29-year-old resident of Bolesławiec.
According to the officers’ findings, after entering the store, the woman took a basket and put a number of clothing items into it. She then went to the fitting room, where she removed the tags from the clothes. She put some of them on herself, packed the rest into bags and... left the store.
The 29-year-old, who stole property worth nearly PLN 900, admitted to the act of which she was accused. She explained that she had sold the loot. She now faces up to five years in prison.
