The incident occurred on October 20, at around 6:00 p.m. The municipal police dispatcher received a report about three aggressive dogs that had allegedly attacked a boy walking along the pavement in the area of Armii Krajowej Street in Bogatynia. Officers:
A Municipal Police patrol was immediately sent to the scene and confirmed the report.
Upon arrival, the officers captured the aggressive animals, which were transported as an emergency intervention to TPPZ, where they were placed under the observation of a veterinarian.
The dogs’ owner was also identified. He will appear before the District Court in Zgorzelec for an offence under Article 77 of the Code of Petty Offences.
