Residents of the housing estate can expect significant changes to the infrastructure. A new 416-meter-long roadway made of paving blocks is being built, along with sidewalks and pedestrian paths. The investment includes the construction of 34 parking spaces, including two for people with disabilities. The modernization also includes the reconstruction of the drainage system—new inlets, inspection chambers and underground retention tanks will be installed.

An important element of the investment is the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting—18 poles and 22 fixtures that will improve residents’ safety and comfort. In addition, driveways to properties and garages will be reconstructed, while refuse shelters and elements of small urban architecture will be installed on the site.

The work is being carried out by Eltor of Lubań, and the total cost of the investment is PLN 2.1 million, fully covered by the city budget.

The work is scheduled for completion in November 2025.
