From 2026, businesses throughout Poland will be required to use the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). This solution is intended to standardize and simplify the process of issuing, receiving and storing invoices. As announced by the Ministry of Finance, the system will ensure that documents are stored securely, while businesses will gain easier access to their invoice history.

To prepare businesses for the upcoming changes, Bolesławiec tax office is organizing a series of in-person training sessions. The meetings will take place in room 303 of the building at 10 Garncarska Street.

Training schedule:

  • Module I – October 1, 2025, 10:00 a.m. – Basic information about KSeF
  • Module II – October 8, 2025, 10:00 a.m. – Authentication and authorization in KSeF and granting permissions
  • Module III – October 15, 2025, 10:00 a.m. – Issuing and receiving invoices in KSeF
  • Module IV – October 22, 2025, 10:00 a.m. – The Certificates and Permissions Module (MCU)
  • Module V – November 19, 2025, 10:00 a.m. – Granting permissions and issuing invoices in KSeF by local government units, VAT Groups and flat-rate farmers
  • Module VI – November 26, 2025, 10:00 a.m. – Free KSeF tools – KSeF Mobile Application
  • Module VII – December 3, 2025, 10:00 a.m. – Free KSeF tools – KSeF Taxpayer Application
  • Module VIII – December 10, 2025, 10:00 a.m. – Free KSeF tools – e-microbusiness linked to KSeF and additional KSeF functionalities
