It was a difficult night for residents of the building on Bielska Street

The situation related to the gas leak has been brought under control. (Yesterday evening, 96 people were evacuated.) The emergency services located the leak, and the installation was secured.

After 2:00 a.m., those residents who had been evacuated to the nearby Primary School No. 4 returned home.

Four people with disabilities who had been taken to a DPS facility in Bolesławiec for the night stayed there until morning. Some of them have also already returned home.

The causes of the leak are not yet known. Repairs to the installation will continue today. The work may take several days.
