For several days, the LED street lamps have not been working along part of Jana Pawła II Street in Bolesławiec and along the entire length of Wańkowicza Street.
Near the buildings, the pavements are so dark that people use their smartphones to light their way.
It is not known whether this is a technical failure or whether the software controlling the lamps has failed.
