The Volunteer Fire Department reports on the incident
The incident occurred on Friday, September 5, before noon. A powerful piece of unexploded ordnance was found in Różyniec. The village residents are being evacuated. As we have established, 25 people were evacuated.
According to a reader, the unexploded ordnance was found in a pond. Firefighters and police officers are among those at the scene.
The dangerous object will be dealt with by bomb-disposal specialists from the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment.
