At the Stanisław Merdas Memorial throwing competition held on April 17, as many as 123 track and field athletes from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship took part. They included members of the Lower Silesian team, athletes and friends of the queen of sports. Only throwing events (throwing the palant ball, shot put, javelin throw and discus throw) were held in age categories at the Bolesławiec stadium. Local track and field athletes filled the individual events in large numbers. Below, we provide a link to the detailed competition results.

The Memorial was held in memory of the founder of MKS Bolesłavia Bolesławiec, the outstanding coach Stanisław Merdas. The MKS Bolesłavia board sincerely thanks everyone who contributed to holding another edition of the competition.
The Stanisław Merdas Memorial was co-financed by the Bolesławiec City Office and the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The competition partners were Octopus Wrocław (www.octopus.pl) and Colgate.
