Young entrepreneurs honoured

The winners of the “Young Entrepreneur” competition are known. The awards ceremony took place on Friday (15 April) in the conference room of the county office. Thirty-two students took part in the sixth edition of the competition. Twenty-one individual and group entries were submitted. Students from schools in Powiat Bolesławiecki, as well as from Jelenia Góra and Kamienna Góra, participated in the competition. Here is the list of winners:

1. st place – PLN 1,000 and a statuette – Kamil Chojnicki from II LO in Bolesławiec, for the business plan “WebReference.pl”. Kamil’s supervisor is Mirosław Sakowski
2. nd place – PLN 700 – students of the Zespół Szkół Ekonomiczno–Turystycznych in Jelenia Góra: Wioletta Kaczorowska and Denis Pająk for the entry “Zielone Wzgórze”. The students’ supervisor is Anna Drozd
3. rd place – PLN 400 – Maciej Panek from II LO in Jelenia Góra, for the entry “Szybki start”. The supervisor is Ewelina Kasperczyk-Łysko
4. th place – PLN 250 – Aleksandra Ptak from ZSHiU in Bolesławiec, for the entry “Pijania czekolady”. The student’s supervisor is Renata Paszko
5. th place – PLN 150 – Judyta Szłapa from ZSOiZ in Bolesławiec, for the entry “Klub Smerfików”. The student’s supervisor is Anita Nakonieczna
6. th place – Ewelina Jarosz and Kamila Walska from ZSOiZ in Bolesławiec, for the entry “Małe Pszczółki”. The girls’ supervisor is Dorota Wojtyniak
7. th place – Magdalena Bandrów and Dorota Płotnicka from ZSOiZ in Bolesławiec, for the entry “Zielony Raj”. The girls’ supervisor is Anita Nakonieczna
8. th place – Aleksandra Bojanowska and Paula Walczak from II LO in Bolesławiec, for the entry “Xstream Club”. The girls’ supervisor is Mirosław Sakowski

The winners were selected by the competition committee comprising Józefa Witas and Marek Witas, Dariusz Kwaśniewski, Leopold Habiniak and Mirosław Sakowski. Students who placed from first to fifth received cash prizes, certificates and material prizes. The remaining participants received commemorative certificates and book prizes.

At Friday’s gala, students of the Państwowa Szkoła Muzyczna in Bolesławiec and the “Holy Flame” and “Runway” bands demonstrated their musical skills. The mayor and the girls from II LO were absent from the invited guests. The girls took part in the competition, but the school management did not allow them to attend Friday’s gala. The competition was organised by: Bolesławieckie Towarzystwo Gospodarcze, Powiat Bolesławiecki and Księgarnia Agora.
