The incident occurred on July 24, 2025, at approximately 4:36 p.m., in one of the large-format stores in Lubin. Police: – The perpetrator took power tools, causing total losses of PLN 1,327. In order to retain possession of the stolen goods, he pushed away the sales assistant, who attempted to apprehend him immediately after the theft, and struggled with her, acting to the detriment of the store and the injured person.
