Biuro Ronin does not use the services of “intermediaries” who harass people injured in random incidents in hospitals, cemeteries and homes, persuading them to sign contracts hastily. People, often under the influence of emotions or medication, sign contracts that are extremely disadvantageous to them.
Representatives of the hyena type, who offer the services of unknown law firms from distant cities already at a cemetery or hospital, should be rejected first. If someone has no respect for an accident victim and their family, it is difficult to expect them to show respect to the victim and their family later, as clients.
It is important to remember that an injured person does not have to seek compensation immediately after an accident. They have time to do so. Depending on the classification of the wrongful act, the time limit for filing claims is from 3 to 20 years. The earliest accident handled by the office involved a child being hit in 1992. The last payment to an injured person who was already an adult was a one-off amount of PLN 600,000, in 2018. The effectiveness of Biuro Ronin

Justice after years – PLN 800,000 in compensation with interest from 2018 for the burning of a detached house
In 2017, a detached house caught fire. The fire destroyed practically the entire building. Insurer G. refused to pay, citing as grounds a circumstance it had not asked about before concluding the contract. The District Court in Jelenia Góra upheld the claim, ordering payment of the awarded amount of PLN 800,000 from the insurance policy, together with interest from the date of insurer G.’s refusal decision, i.e. from 2018.
Serious workplace accident
In 2019, in Trzebień, an employee of a company suffered a serious accident through the fault of another employee of that company. The accident was caused by gross negligence at the company, poor work organization and lack of supervision. After the case was commissioned, the Injured Party initially obtained PLN 180,000 in compensation and damages, as well as a pension of PLN 1,000 per month. The Injured Party has now received an additional PLN 300,000. There was also a proceeding to increase the pension to PLN 2,500, because the injured person became disabled.
Damage to a rare car model. The insurer paid PLN 10,000 in compensation and refused to conclude a settlement. Biuro Ronin handled the case, and the owner of the damaged car received an additional PLN 35,000
In May 2022, a very rare BMW model was damaged as a result of an accident. Poland’s largest insurer paid an embarrassingly low compensation amount of PLN 10,000. Despite the obvious validity of the claim and mediation, the insurer refused to conclude a settlement. The Biuro Ronin client additionally received PLN 35,000 for the vehicle damage, with interest for late payment.

In May 2017, a young woman died in a road accident. The woman left elderly parents. The insurer paid each parent PLN 15,000 in damages. The parents’ initially appointed representative died after the payment of PLN 15,000, leaving the case unfinished. Zbigniew Zawada’s office obtained an additional amount of PLN 90,000 for each of the deceased woman’s parents.
A serious road accident involving a young woman and permanent health impairment. What was achieved?
In 2020, a Biuro Ronin client was involved in a very serious road accident in our county. The young woman became disabled. After claims were filed, the insurer of the at-fault vehicle paid only PLN 55,000 in compensation and damages and awarded a pension of PLN 1,000. After lengthy proceedings, the Biuro Ronin client ultimately received an additional PLN 1,100,000 in damages and compensation. The insurer also pays the Biuro’s client two pensions totaling PLN 4,800.
Biuro Ronin offers free consultations, legal support and the lowest commission on the market. Importantly for the injured person, the transfer from the insurer goes directly to their account. The office also provides medical opinions, vehicle valuations, court and out-of-court proceedings. The office may also participate in the costs of the proceedings.
