The office does not use the services of intermediaries who contact injured parties directly after accidents, including in hospitals or cemeteries, persuading them to sign agreements quickly.
Representatives of the hyena type, who offer the services of unknown law firms from distant cities already at a cemetery or hospital, should be rejected first. If someone has no respect for an accident victim and their family, it is difficult to expect them to show respect for the victim and their family later as a client.
Importantly, decisions concerning the pursuit of claims do not have to be made immediately after an incident. Depending on the type of claim, the time limit for pursuing it may be from 3 to as many as 20 years.

Flood in Trzebień – PLN 348,000 additional payment
In September 2024, the Bóbr River flooded the home of a resident of Trzebień. The insurer paid PLN 52,000. After the case was referred to the District Court in Jelenia Góra, the client was exempted from court costs, and a court settlement was subsequently concluded under which the insurer paid an additional PLN 348,000.
Pedestrian struck in Bolesławiec – up to PLN 1.5 million under a settlement being considered
In December 2025, a young man was struck at a pedestrian crossing in Bolesławiec. The injured man suffered extensive injuries. The insurer initially paid PLN 150,000, followed by another PLN 350,000 in June 2026. Discussions are currently under way concerning a supplementary pension and a pension for increased needs. The capitalization of the pensions and a one-off payment of PLN 1.5 million under a settlement are also being considered.
Pedestrian struck on a pavement – PLN 490,000 additional payment
In November 2023, a woman was struck on a pavement in Bolesławiec. The injured woman suffered extensive injuries. The insurer paid a total of PLN 210,000. After treatment was completed, an additional PLN 490,000 was negotiated through mediation before the Arbitration Court at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Minor passenger – PLN 400,000 additional payment
In April 2025, a minor passenger in a vehicle suffered serious injuries. During the proceedings, the allegation of contributory negligence due to unfastened seat belts was challenged. Initially, PLN 100,000 was paid, and after treatment was completed, an additional PLN 400,000 was obtained through mediation before the Arbitration Court at the KNF.
Car theft – PLN 120,000 in compensation and over PLN 37,000 in interest
In February 2022, a car worth more than PLN 120,000 was stolen in the Kwiatowe Estate in Bolesławiec. Despite the insurer’s refusal to pay compensation, the case ended favorably for the client. Following the trial, PLN 120,000 in compensation, PLN 37,621 in interest and PLN 19,452 in reimbursement of court costs were obtained. These examples show that the amount of the insurer’s first payment does not always have to represent the final amount of the benefit due.
In many cases, pursuing further claims requires analysis of documentation, negotiations, mediation or court proceedings. The earliest case handled by Biuro Ronin concerned a child being struck in 1992. One of the highest benefits obtained was a one-off payment of PLN 600,000, which the injured person received in 2018.
Biuro Ronin offers free consultations, legal support and the lowest commission on the market. Importantly, for the injured person, the transfer from the insurer goes directly to their account. The office also provides medical assessments, vehicle valuations, court and out-of-court proceedings. The office may also participate in court costs.
