The matter was reported by a reader. A speed bump (raised pedestrian crossing) was installed on Kosiby Street. Although there was a sign instructing drivers to slow down, drivers could not see the unpainted road hump.
Cars driving normally downhill there from the Łaziska side fly into the air like on a ski jump. A more serious accident is bound to happen there soon. People do not know that there is a speed bump because it is new, and some drivers coming from the Łaziska side drive at as much as 60–70 km/h. Even an MZK bus jumped slightly into the air this morning because the driver drove by habit.
Painting on the street did not begin until after 11:00 a.m. Drivers should now be careful along the entire length of Kosiby Street because of the roadworks.
