Should traffic organization be changed on this street?

When cars are driving from the direction of Garncarska Street and from the direction of Gdańska, difficulties arise when they pass each other. Drivers coming from the direction of Gdańska, while passing the parked cars, have to use the opposite lane. The reader suggests that the problem could be solved by changing the traffic organization – introducing one-way traffic.
