The district qualifiers consisted of two parts. In the first, written part, participants completed a test. In the second, they had to demonstrate practical knowledge and answer drawn questions orally.
In the primary school category, Mateusz Kopeć won. Katarzyna Szymańska and Paulina Maciaszczyk took the next places. In the middle school category, Piotr Kopeć took first place. Bartosz Zarzycki and Krzysztof Żak followed. Among students of upper-secondary schools, Emila Lampart performed best. Łukasz Szwedo won second place, while Ireneusz Lampart took third.
The competition winners will represent Bolesławiec County in the voivodeship firefighting knowledge competition in Wrocław. All competition participants received attractive prizes funded, among others, by the Chairperson of the County Council, the President of the County Board of the Volunteer Fire Service, and HILTI and STW.
