The 26-year-old was detained on Wednesday, April 6, in Gromadka municipality. The man was travelling in a car worth nearly PLN 100,000, stolen in Germany on April 4 this year. As he explained to the officers, he stole the vehicle because his boss had not paid him his wages.
The car was handed over to its rightful owner. The detainee faces up to 10 years in prison.
