Despite the fact that last year's objective—the promotion to the fourth tier—was not achieved in Raciborowice, the club is not giving up and has already begun “strengthening” its squad ahead of the upcoming new season. The objective remains unchanged: promotion to the fourth tier and higher. After completing the new coaching staff two new players have already joined the club.
In the 2025/2026 season, competing in the Jelenia Góra regional league, known and experienced players will fight for points for Cement—Łukasz Sierpina and Przemysław Kocot.
Łukasz Sierpina is an experienced footballer born on March 27, 1988, and is therefore 37 years old. He is a versatile midfielder. His career includes appearances for many clubs at various levels of competition. Before moving to GKS Raciborowice, Łukasz Sierpina most recently played for LegSad Kościelec. Last season, he was the team's most effective and best player, helping the club earn promotion to the fourth tier. Earlier in his career, he represented clubs including Karkonosze Jelenia Góra, Kotwica Kołobrzeg, Korona Kielce and Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała.
Przemysław Kocot, born on March 29, 1986, is an experienced defender who is currently 39 years old. His football career is just as rich as Łukasz Sierpina's and includes appearances for many clubs at various levels of competition. During his distinguished career, Przemysław Kocot represented clubs including Karkonosze Jelenia Góra, Zagłębie Lubin and Górnik Polkowice.
Both players will certainly be a major reinforcement for GKS Cement Raciborowice and are expected to help achieve the club's immediate objective: promotion to the fourth tier.
