The Director of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre in Bolesławiec has announced a second unrestricted tender for the lease of commercial premises at 24 Spacerowa Street in Bolesławiec, intended for running a restaurant.
The starting price? PLN 13,500 per month (plus VAT). The tender will be held in the middle of the month.
