Barczyk declared PLN 50,000 in cash savings and several properties: a 188-square-metre house worth PLN 1.2 million, three apartments (including two owned solely by him) with a combined value of more than PLN 1.4 million, and two plots of land worth more than PLN 250,000 in total.

As a self-employed person running a business providing hospital management services, he generated revenue and income of PLN 665,000 last year. He additionally earned more than PLN 67,000 from employment and civil-law contracts, while his wife earned PLN 68,000. More than PLN 75,000 from apartment rentals went into the household budget, and his councillor’s allowance amounted to PLN 31,700.

The declaration also listed a PLN 50,000 gift from his parents and two cars—an Audi Q7 and a Mercedes C-Class, both from 2022. Barczyk also has financial liabilities: two mortgage loans with a combined value of PLN 660,000 and two car leases, each worth approximately PLN 180,000–190,000.

Barczyk is regarded as an excellent manager of the facility. Under his leadership, St. Luke’s Hospital in Bolesławiec is developing dynamically—it is investing in infrastructure, expanding the scope of its medical services, and successfully securing external funding. His management style is appreciated by both employees and patients.
