A community police officer from the Police Station in Gromadka, while patrolling the municipality, noticed a man at the wheel of a passenger car whom he knew to have been issued a decision revoking his driving privileges.

The driver was stopped. During the inspection, it turned out that the 34-year-old should not have been driving, and the car should not have been on the road. The resident of the district has been subject to a decision revoking his driving privileges since 2024, while the vehicle had previously had its registration certificate seized and had not been approved for road use.

Anyone who drives a motor vehicle on a public road in disregard of a decision by the competent authority revoking their entitlement to drive vehicles commits an offence punishable by up to two years in prison.
