1. A new long-term care facility in place of the Szkieletor
As part of a project financed by the National Recovery Plan, a modern building for the Nursing and Care Facility for chronically ill patients will be constructed. The investment includes the design, construction and equipping of the entire facility.

2. Hospital thermal modernization
The second investment concerns the comprehensive thermal modernization of the hospital, co-financed by the European Funds for Lower Silesia (2021–2027). The project aims to increase the energy efficiency of the hospital buildings.

One more bid was submitted in the procedure—from ROTHERM sp. z o.o. of Kraków—with a value of PLN 14,501,306.40, almost twice as high.
