On 7 March this year, students from the Complex of General and Vocational Schools in Bolesławiec began a placement in Chemnitz-Einsiedel, Saxony. The third-year students of the Hotel Management Technical School work and spend their free time with trainees from Germany, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, China, England and Spain. They play billiards and bowling, learn about local customs, and visit Leipzig and Dresden. “The skills, knowledge and experience they have acquired will certainly contribute to the professional development of our students,” says Barbara Smoleńska, deputy headteacher of ZSOiZ and project coordinator.
The trainees will soon receive Europass Mobility certificates, which will help them find work in Poland and other European Union countries.
