In Bolesławiec, free integrative and support workshops entitled “Modern gastronomy and waiter service” were held, bringing together catering professionals affiliated with the local Guild of Various Crafts. The event took place on May 13.
The first part of the meeting was a discussion panel during which participants discussed modern gastronomic and waiter-service techniques, as well as issues related to vocational education in the labor market. This was followed by a practical presentation of culinary art led by MasterChef Tomasz Nowak, who presented an innovative approach to cuisine.
The workshops concluded with a quiz with prizes, providing participants with an additional dose of excitement and an opportunity to socialize.
