On Tuesday, 27 May, at 6:00 p.m., the matchday 26 fixture of the Jelenia Góra regional league was played. At the ground on Rajska Street in Bolesławiec, local side BKS hosted Twardy Świętoszów.
The match was originally scheduled for 17 May, but the plans were thwarted by the weather. That day, the pitch at Rajska, due to heavy rainfall, was unfit for play, so the match was called off.
Let us recall that in the autumn round, Twardy defeated BKS 2–1 at home. You could follow the result of Tuesday’s match live.
The only goal of Tuesday’s match came in the 6th minute, after a shot by Twardy defender – Wojciech Dawidowicz.
The score remained unchanged until the final whistle, despite BKS’s pressure and a considerable number of scoring opportunities, especially in the second half.
Unfortunately, the Bolesławiec side were unable to even equalise. The Świętoszów team won the county derby against BKS and strengthened their position at the top of the regional league.
