A passenger car damaged a road sign and went into a ditch on the exit from Kruszyn toward Tomaszów Bolesławiecki.
The fire service, two road rescue teams, the police and road services were at the scene.
According to preliminary information, two people were injured as a result of the incident.
The police are investigating the cause of the incident.
