Some people plant and care for them, while others come along, take what is ready, and steal. The theft of flowers from municipal flower beds has become a real plague in Bolesławiec. Flowers are being picked in various parts of the city.
We receive reports that some people use municipal flowers to decorate their home gardens or balconies. There are also those who sell flowers pulled out by the roots as seedlings.
It is sad that people do not respect public property and the work of others. Of course, some will say: what does it matter, just a few flowers here and there? However, it is worth considering what our city would look like if most people approached the matter that way.
