Twenty-seven female and male firefighters from Volunteer Fire Service units across Bolesławiec County took the examination. After weeks of intensive theoretical and practical training, all participants successfully completed every required stage, demonstrating their readiness to act in difficult and often unpredictable conditions.
Basic training is the foundation of service in the Volunteer Fire Service—it covers, among other things, the principles of rescue and firefighting operations, equipment handling, first aid, and cooperation with other emergency services. Passing the final examination means that each participant is now fully authorized to take an active part in rescue operations, providing help wherever every minute counts.
This is a major step in their firefighting careers—from today, they can officially support their colleagues in Volunteer Fire Service units, take part in operations, and make a real contribution to improving safety in their communities.
Congratulations to all the new firefighters! We wish them perseverance, satisfaction from their service, many successes and—most importantly—a safe return from every operation. Thank you for your commitment, courage and the heart you put into serving others. You are a true source of pride for your communities! 🚒💪
