The Minister of National Education came to Bolesławiec together with Rafał Trzaskowski. Barbara Nowacka found a moment to talk with us about a report on Polish schools that the istotne.pl portal will publish in May. The report will describe the education system using a primary school in Bolesławiec as an example. She was interested in the project.
A teacher from Bolesławiec attending Trzaskowski’s rally asked the minister how she would encourage young people to work in schools.
“First of all, it is the best job in the world,” Barbara Nowacka replied. “Because you have a real influence on what young people will be like and what future generations will be like. Secondly, it is a stable profession. Thirdly, I think that over time it will be increasingly respected, because it simply deserves that respect,” the minister added.
