The president of the Igor Stachowiak Foundation met with Adam Bodnar in Warsaw to present him with the results of the work carried out by experts seeking to thoroughly clarify the death of a 25-year-old man at the Wrocław-Stare Miasto police station in 2016.

We wrote about the activities of the Bolesławiec-based lawyer and Maciej Stachowiak, Igor's father, in the article A Bolesławiec resident will fight “bandits in uniform.” He founded a foundation for this purpose.

Not only Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar, but also Minister of the Interior and Administration Tomasz Siemoniak responded favorably to the Foundation's activities.

– We prepared 25 recommendations for the Minister of Justice on how to improve preparatory proceedings, says attorney Wojciech Kasprzyk. – We can prepare a similar document on how to improve the work of the police, he adds.
