The fact that Dawid Janczyk was training with Jeziorak Iława was also reported by, among others, Warmińsko-Mazurska Piłka Nożna and other sports websites.
On Wednesday, March 19, a post and a video appeared on Jeziorak Iława's club profile, in which the footballer greets the fans and invites them to a match:

Janczyk, 37, is a striker, a former Poland international and a former player for clubs including Legia Warszawa, CSKA Moscow, Korona Kielce, Piast Gliwice and Sandecja Nowy Sącz.
The player has a difficult past and has struggled with alcohol addiction. In 2023, he joined GKS Cement Raciborowice. The footballer recently left the club from Raciborowice.
